Rapid-Rehousing provides ongoing case management to individuals currently experiencing homelessness and seeking housing stability. We work alongside our clients as they strive to overcome their barriers to permanent housing which can include previous rental debt, unemployment, medical or mental health needs, CPS involvement, domestic violence flight, or addiction issues. We have served over 45 families for a total of 125 individuals in 2018.

Single individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness are eligible for Rapid Rehousing.

Clients must be referred by the Coordinated Entry (CEA) to participate in this program. In order to access the coordinated entry system, clients must call 211 and complete an assessment.
