Our Programs
Homeless Prevention
Our Homeless Prevention program is designed to prevent families and individuals from becoming homeless.
Rapid Rehousing
Our Rapid Re-Housing program is designed to be a a time-limited intervention intended to permanently house families or individuals experiencing homelessness as quickly as possible.
Permanent Supportive Housing
Our Permanent Supportive program is a subsidized, non-time limited affordable housing for a household that is homeless on entry, and has a condition or disability, such as mental illness, substance abuse, chronic health issues, or other conditions that create multiple and serious ongoing barriers to housing stability.
Additional Services
Interpretation
We have members of staff who can offer interpretation in Somali and Arabic.
In addition, we use the language line which offers over 240 languages
Advocacy
If you or someone you know is being taken advantage of and need assistance with tenant law or language barriers we can offer a referral to aid in your case.
Rental Assistance
If you are behind on rent due to unforeseen circumstances and need short term assistance to ensure you do not lose your housing, we offer short term assistance.
